Quotations and contracts

Prices are quoted per project, based on fabric, garment construction, print positions, colour count, quantity and packing. A quotation is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and becomes binding only when confirmed in writing against an approved sample.

Intellectual property

Artwork, logos, patterns and tech packs you provide remain yours. We use them only to produce your order, store them under job code on restricted servers, and never reproduce them for third parties.

We do not reproduce league, federation or event branding without written proof that you hold the licence.

Samples

Physical samples are produced after artwork approval. A sample fee applies and is credited to your first bulk order above the minimum quantity. Freight is charged at cost.

Lead times and delivery

Lead times are counted from sample approval and deposit, and depend on quantity, season and material availability. We confirm a production slot in writing when the deposit is received. Shipments are made under the agreed Incoterms (FOB, EXW, CIF or DDP).

Quality and claims

Goods are inspected to the agreed AQL level before shipment. Claims must be raised within 7 days of receipt with photos and quantities; we agree on repair, replacement or credit before taking further steps.

Force majeure and governing law

Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including raw material shortages, power restriction, epidemic control measures and transport disruption. These terms are governed by the law agreed in the order confirmation; the place of jurisdiction is stated there.
