质量控制与检验
质量分三阶段检验，而不是最后才检。每批大货都测试剥离强度、回弹与耐水洗色牢度。
IQC——来料检验
面料、硅胶原料与辅料上线前按确认样品检验：克重、颜色、门幅与数量。
IPQC——过程检验
线上按固定间隔检查对位、厚度与固化状态，发现偏差在继续生产前纠正。
OQC——成品检验
成品按约定的 AQL 标准检验，包括尺寸、印花附着力与包装检查，出货前发送照片与报告。
