Q: Which file formats do you need?

Vector AI or PDF, with Pantone TCX codes. High-resolution PNG or JPG is acceptable if you have no vector file.

Q: Will you keep our artwork confidential?

Yes. We sign an NDA before you share unreleased designs, and artwork is stored on restricted servers.

Q: Do you reproduce league or event branding?

Only with written proof that you hold the licence. We do not print third-party league, federation or event marks without it.

Q: What is your standard lead time?

Bulk lead time depends on the product, quantity and season. We confirm the delivery date when we quote your order, and a rush channel is available on request.

Q: Which shipping terms do you support?

FOB, EXW, CIF and DDP by sea, air or express, with full export documentation including packing list and certificate of origin.

Q: How do you handle peak season?

Production slots are booked when the deposit is received. We publish cut-off dates in advance and confirm your slot in writing with the quotation.
